 About Sea4Volt

Co-funded by the European Union and the Clean Hydrogen Partnership, Sea4Volt develops a new low-temperature Anion Exchange Membrane (AEM) electrolyser that produces green hydrogen directly from seawater.

By tackling key challenges such as chlorine formation, corrosion, and brine valorisation, this Horizon Europe project makes seawater electrolysis safer, more efficient, and scalable – unlocking clean energy from the ocean.
